POLICIES

• All room rates include a Bountiful Breakfast

• The Inn is a non-smoking facility.  Smoking is permitted in designated outside areas only.  A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for smoking anywhere inside the Inn.

• A single night's stay deposit is required upon reservation.

• Deposit is returned if cancellation notice is given 7 days or more prior to arrival date.

• Less than 7 days before arrival date, the entire deposit may be forfeited.

• Unfortunately, the Inn is unable to accommodate children under the age of 14.

• The Inn is also not equipped to handle pets.  We will be happy to make accomodations for your pet at a local kennel.

• Corporate rates apply Sunday through Thursday - ask for details

• Check-in:  3:00 to 8:00 PM  Check Out:  11:00 AM

• All rooms subject to state and local sales tax

• Rates are per one or two persons per night.

• There is a minimum stay of two nights many weekends
