Our wedding planning staff has worked thoughtfully to design perfect wedding packages: one is sure to suit you to a tea!  Our "all inclusive" package includes everything... from wedding planner to ceremony direction: even your wedding cake, DJ/music director services, photographer, videographer, personal & table flowers, just to name a few!  With our on-site gourmet catering, beautiful views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, and extensive grounds, Trivium is the perfect choice for your special day! Our staff will insure that everything will be taken care of so you can totally relax and enjoy the moment.  We'll do all the work.... you just arrive and be the beautiful bride you've always dreamed of being!

Our package also includes a complete reception entertainment package (DJ services included!), a three tier wedding cake (up to 150 servings), personal flowers, a large floral arrangement for your buffet table, 4 on-site planning sessions with our wedding planners, table centerpieces, cake decorator and entertainment directors.  Also inlcuded are all of your table set ups (linens, flatware, china, napkins, glasses, mirrors, candles) and a per table flower/decoration allowance.  All inclusive package prices start at $13,500 for a wedding reception only of up to 150 people. Catering prices vary widely and can be personalized to fit your budget! You will find our menu selections interesting, different, and exciting! We will work closely with you to enable you to stay within your budget.

The Duchess Elopement Package – This package is for couples who want to have a quick and memorable ceremony.  This package includes: up to 1 hour at The Inn; you may bring up to 4 guests; your choice of indoor or outdoor ceremony site; a beautiful handmade bouquet and boutonniere; CD of photographs; Marriage Celebrant; discount on rooms at The Inn for you and your guests... $599

The Princess Elopement Package – This package is for couples who would like to get married with their immediate family and/or close group of friends.  Includes:  Up to 1 hour at The Inn that includes an intimate ceremony for you, one bridesmaid, one groomsman and up  to 8 additional guests; your choice of indoor our outdoor ceremony site; a beatiful handmade bouquet for you and your bridesmaid and boutonnieres for the groom and groomsman; a CD of photographs; marriage celebrant; Bridal March & Recessional; punch and wedding cake in the dining room after the ceremony.... $899

 Majestic Elopement Package

Up to 1 and 1/2 hours at The Inn.  You may have two bridesmaids and two groomsmen and up to 14 additional guests.  Includes all amenities of the Princess Package PLUS:  Trivium's ABC designated Bridal Consultant to direct your ceremony and handle the details of your toast, cake cutting and exit; cheese, crackers, nuts, mints and punch served in the dining room after the ceremony; white wooden folding chairs for the ceremony; champagne and/or sparkling cider toast for up to 20 guests; wedding cake; grand exit with sparklers..... $1,499

The Royal Elopement Package

Up to 2 hours at The Inn.  You may have two bridesmaids and two groomsmen and up to 19 additional guests.  All the amenities of the Majestic Elopement Package PLUS:  light background music during your photos and hors d'oeuvres and your choice of First Dance song; your choice of 2 hors d'oeuvres and cheese and crackers along with your choice of tea or lemonade served by professionally attired wait staff; glasses, napkins, plates; champagne and/or sparkling cider for up to 25; two tiered wedding cake; wedding night at The Inn and breakfast for the Bride & Groom.... $2,995 


The Intimate Affair Wedding Package


This wedding package is for the Bride and Groom who want to have a modest but elegant ceremony and reception while staying within a reasonable budget! This package includes:

Up to 3 hours at The Inn.  You may have up to three bridesmaids and three groomsmen and a total of 50 guests.  All the amenities of the Royal Elopement Package PLUS:  1 Hour rehearsal the day before the wedding; wait staff and bartender (if applicable); arbor and guest sign in podium; use of cake cutter and server; use of card holder for monetary gifts; two tired wedding cake; champagne and/or sparkling cider for up to 50 persons; music for guest seating 30 minutes prior to your ceremony and recessional, background music during hors d'oeuvres and your choice of First Dance, Father/Daughter Dance, Mother/Son Dance and cake cutting; garter and bouquet toss with music of your choice; wedding night at The Inn and breakfast for the Bride & Groom; selection of 5 hors d'oeuvres from the Trivium catering menu, tea and lemonade also included... $5,195
