The Trivium Ballroom is truly the Inn’s most special feature.  With a capacity of up to 200 people, and the capabilityof tenting off of the building for 200 more, this ballroom can accommodate any type of event. Designed and built by local contractor, David Vaughan, this building faithfully mirrors the architecture of the main house creating a seamless flow from old to new!

 Every detail has been painstakingly thought out – from the restoration of the interior antique columns originally from a mansion in Upstate New York to the identical replication of the outdoor columns and side porch of the main house.

This 3,000 square foot building makes The Trivium Ballroom the 5TH LARGEST meeting facility in the Lynchburg area* located less than 20 minutes from downtown and conveniently located on Rt. 221 in Forest!  With ample on site parking, there is no need to worry about parking garages, fees, or validating tickets!  Your employees will welcome the retreat feeling of being away from it all.

The Ballroom is complete with  a 20' X 20’ stage, boasts enormous windows overlooking the lake, theater style lighting, a 20' X 20' dance floor, sound system, and wireless microphone, and is totally handicapped accessible. These features make this facility PERFECT for all functions, including:
